The process of recycling and upgrading domestic wastes, comprises introducing the nitrogenized, green, carbonated or brown wastes inside a collector (1) comprising primary mixed motorized organs, activating the mixed organs and then crushing and mixing the wastes to fractionate and accelerate their transformation into compost, removing the mixed organs and closing the collector using a cover (2), leaving the fractionated wastes for one month for their transformation into compost by aerobic maturation, and removing the cover and allowing the development of green plants in the collector. The process of recycling and upgrading domestic wastes, comprises introducing the nitrogenized, green, carbonated or brown wastes inside a collector (1) comprising primary mixed motorized organs, activating the mixed organs and then crushing and mixing the wastes to fractionate and accelerate their transformation into compost, removing the mixed organs and closing the collector using a cover (2), leaving the fractionated wastes for one month for their transformation into compost by aerobic maturation, and removing the cover and allowing the development of green plants in the collector. The collector is equipped with aeration or ventilation unit for maturation phase. Secondary mixed organs are introduced in the maturation phase for ventilation of wastes.
