PURPOSE: A heating system of a vaporizer of a vehicle using the heat of exhaust gas is provided to effectively use waste heat of an engine by transferring the heat of exhaust gas to a vaporizer through a heat pipe. CONSTITUTION: A heating system of a vaporizer of a vehicle using the heat of exhaust gas comprises a vaporizer(140), a heat exchanger(130), a heat pipe(160) and a controller. The vaporizer comprises a heat flow part(141), a fuel flow part(142), and a partition wall(143) dividing the heat flow part and the fuel flow part, and is provided with liquid fuel from a fuel tank(150). The heat exchanger is arranged in an exhaust pipe(115) for discharging the exhaust gas generated during the operation of the engine. The heat pipe connects the vaporizer and the heat exchanger and provides the heat of the exhaust gas to the fuel flowing in the vaporizer. The controller adjusts the amount of heat supplied from the exhaust gas according to the amount of fuel supplied from the fuel tank.
