PURPOSE: A center pin of a secondary battery and the secondary battery including the same are provided to prevent the increase of an inner temperature by inserting water with high fluidity inside the center pin. CONSTITUTION: A center pin of a secondary battery comprises a main body with regular length, water inserted inside the main body, and a sealing member for sealing the inside of the main body. The secondary battery comprises a positive electrode plate(111), a negative electrode plate(112) and a separator(113) positioned between the positive negative electrode plates; a center pin(120), in which water is inserted into thereinside; a can(130) for accommodating the electrode assembly and center pin; and a cap assembly(140) for sealing the can. |
