The body has a metal tank (22) defining a closed inner volume and provided with upper and lower parts. A communication device i.e. vent (20), assures communication between an exterior and an interior of the tank. A fixation unit i.e. locking screw (42), fixes the communication device in a cylindrical opening at the upper part of the tank. The fixation unit is accessible and disassembled from the interior of the tank. An obturator is formed of a spherical float (48) to close an air duct (44) in case of exceedance of a filling threshold of the tank. An independent claim is also included for an intervention method for assembling or disassembling of a communication device between an exterior and an interior of a tank of a tanker body in a vehicle.
