PURPOSE: A scalp massage device is provided, which improves effect of medical treatment of the alopecia and replaces various kinds of covers. CONSTITUTION: A scalp massage device comprises: a laser irradiator(100) in which a laser diode and a warmer are installed on the central axis of the longitudinal direction; and a scalp massage cover(200) which is detachable from the laser irradiator and in which a scalp massage member is arranged in the top thereof. Combs equipped in the laser irradiator are arranged according to the height thereof. In the laser irradiator, a heat intensity control switch and a laser radiation control switch are installed in a touch panel.
