PURPOSE: A reinforcing unit for grouting and a grouting reinforcing method using the same are provided to maintain continuous prestress in a part in which a reinforcing member and a compression joint module are installed even if compressive force is lost. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing unit for grouting comprises two or more reinforcing members(10,20) and compression joint modules(110). The reinforcing members are inserted into boring holes. The compression joint modules are located between the reinforcing members. Compressive force is applied to the compression joint modules after a grouting work is completed.
