PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular formulation containing a ranitidine hydrochloride that suppresses the bitter taste of the ranitidine hydrochloride and is easily dosed. SOLUTION: The granular formulation includes the ranitidine hydrochloride (A) and peppermint oil-supporting-particles (B) having peppermint oil supported by a carrier selected from crystalline cellulose and silicon dioxide, wherein in the (B), the mass ratio defined by peppermint oil/carrier is (0.5-1.8)/1 and the mass ratio defined by peppermint oil/ranitidine hydrochloride is 0.015/1 or higher.
