PURPOSE: A device and a method for remote control in a mobile communication terminal are provided to control the operation of device through terminal, which can share some part of service among communication service of specific terminal, a remote terminal available for communication through a mobile communication network, a specific mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: If a BS(Base Station)(130) calls a first terminal, a second terminal(153) responses to the call. If the second terminal receives a control message, the second terminal obtains control information for facility management from a control message. The control message is transmitted from a random BS to a first terminal. For controlling operation of control target facilities within the facilities, the second terminal transmits the control information to peripherals(170).
