PURPOSE: A rotary die cutting device is provided to prevent the waste of a material by feeding a raw material longer than a cutting sheet and returning the extra part after cutting or printing. CONSTITUTION: A rotary die cutting device comprises a storage reel(160) in which a raw material(100) is rolled, top and bottom feed rollers(150,151) which receive the raw material therebetween and transfer the raw material unrolled from the storage reel to be supplied or returned, top and bottom holding rollers(140,142) which contact or separate from each other to hold or release the raw material, a cylinder roller(110) to which a cutting sheet(130) formed with a pattern is attached, and a counter roller(120) which engages with the cylinder roller to print the pattern of the cutting sheet on the raw material.
