摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique wherein both of heating efficiency and cooling efficiency of a molding base material or a mold can be achieved and various molding conditions can be set. <P>SOLUTION: A lower mold receiving member 13 and an upper mold holding member 14 having a ring shape and large coefficient of thermal expansion are coaxially arranged respectively around the shaft tip end face 10a of in contact with the back surface 11b of a lower mold 11 of a lower press shaft 10 and around the shaft tip end face 8a in contact with the back surface 16b of an upper mold 16 of an upper press shaft 8 to form a part of the shaft tip face. When a glass material 19 is held between the lower mold 11 and the upper mold 16 and heated, the lower mold receiving member 13 and the upper mold holding member are expanded to form a gap g and then the lower mold 11 and the upper mold 16 are insulated respectively from the lower press shaft 10 and the upper press shaft 8 to improve the heating efficiency, and in cooling, the lower mold 11 and the upper mold 16 are in close contact with the lower press shaft 10 and the upper press shaft 8 respectively to improve the cooling effect. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
