PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable type decoration punch having a shape suitable for decoration for enhancing additional value as an accessory including a size and a shape suitable for storing a portable punch aiming to use at an outing destination and function superior in operability. SOLUTION: The portable type decoration punch adopts a punching method in which a punching blade is fixed to a lower surface of a handle part and principle of lever that the handle part just above the punching blade is pushed down to perform punching is not used. Miniaturization of a structure of a punching operation part is attained, and arrangement of the handle part parallel to a base part of a punch and adoption that the handle part is made to a shape having no flat plate-like projection are attained. A problem of improvement of a storage property and place restriction of decoration onto an upper surface of the handle part is solved. The portable decoration punch has function for automatically resetting the handle part to an original position by spring driving to make a paper insertion port in the always opened state and dust-receiving function of the paper generated at punching operation by making the base part to a hollow structure.
