PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor capable of restraining magnetic flux density from becoming non-uniform while having a noncircular-shaped coil. SOLUTION: The reactor 1 comprises the coil 2 with a noncircular projection shape in projection along a wound direction, and a core 3 embedding partially the coil 2 and comprising a magnetic powder-mixed resin constituting a magnetic path of magnetic flux. A portion with the smallest curvature radius in the projection shape constitutes an exposure part 21 of exposing at least a part of a surface from the core 3 out of the coil 2. For example, the coil 2 includes a plurality of curved lines 22 having projection shapes in projection along the wound direction brought into a curved shape, and a plurality of straight lines 23 having linear shapes, and at least a part of the curved line parts 22 constitutes the exposure part 21.
