<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily connect to a control panel and collect failure data, and to analyze the cause of the failure. <P>SOLUTION: A portable field add-on type console 3 is arranged near the elevator control panel 2 having an infrared communication port 24. The failure data are imported from the elevator control panel 2 via the infrared communication port 24 to find out the cause of the failure. The field add-on type console 3 includes: an infrared communication port 31 infrared-communicable with the infrared communication port 24; a card slot 37; an input operating section 32; and a displaying section 35. This console collects operating condition data of the measuring items on which the failure has occurred, from the elevator control panel 2 via infrared communication and stores the data into a data storage section 34, when the console receives failure occurrence signals from the elevator control panel 2; and starts by inserting a memory card 36b for failure analyzing software into the card slot to find out the failure cause of the operating condition data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
