<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a well-balanced color matching a user's taste at that time, to the user with a light-load operation or the like for the user. <P>SOLUTION: A color selecting means presents a plurality of colors to the user to select a plurality of colors out of those colors. The color center of gravity of the colors selected by the user from a color space comprising the plurality of selected colors and at least three primary colors of red (R), green (G) and blue (B) is computed on the color space.
