The tube in one embodiment is generally cylindrical and comprises a liquid-cooled center portion, the tube further comprising an inner diameter, an outer diameter, and an outer surface. The coils of one embodiment are coupled to the tube outer surface, with each of the one or more coils having a coil thickness, and at least a portion of a coil turn.
