<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular body for blood supply and removal configured of a tube composed of e-PTFE or the like in which a surface to be in contact with blood is entirely uniform. <P>SOLUTION: The tubular body 1 for blood supply and removal includes an artificial blood vessel 2 as a tube, a cylindrical body 3 externally fitted onto one end part side of the artificial blood vessel 2, and a flange 4 attached to the cylindrical body 3 or the like. The cylindrical body 3 is externally fitted onto the artificial blood vessel 2 from one end part of the artificial blood vessel 2 having a resin cover 6. The distal end side of the artificial blood vessel 2 is inverted, overlapped on the plate surface of a brim part 3a, and sutured to the brim part 3a with suture thread 8.
