PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly prevent tilting of electric train lines accompanying torsion between tubular members due to telescopic motion of the electric train lines. SOLUTION: The tension balancer for the aerial cables includes: a rod part comprising a plurality of tubular members provided in a telescopic state, and pair of opposing long boards provided concentrically on its center part; compression coil springs which resiliently, in an input direction, bias inner tubular members and the rod part in the plurality of tubular members, respectively; and a pair of roller rotatably provided between the pair of long boards of the rod part; and a long plate which is fixed on the end board fixed on one end of the outermost tubular member, and concentrically extends in the rod part so as to be inserted in the pair of rollers.
