PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems of a conventional osteosynthesis implement that, since screws are fixed from one direction, the fixation is generally satisfactory when the subcutaneous tissue is thick excepting intensely exercising, but when the subcutaneous tissue is thin, the fixing force is weak, and it pains as well. SOLUTION: An osteosynthesis implement used in a fracture area is constituted includes screws and a plate, is constituted to fix the affected section with the plate and the screws confronting with each other across the affected section.
