PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regularly operate a movable body combined with a body with two shafts. SOLUTION: An arm 3 includes a slider 8. The slider 8 includes a first guided part 8a guided by a body side guide part 1g, and a second guided part 8b guided by a movable body side guide part 2i. The body side guide part 1g includes a regulating part 1h regulating the movement of the first guided part 8a around the second shaft 5, and a non-regulating part 1i permitting this movement. Interlocked with the turning of the movable body 2 by the movable body side guide part 2i, the slider 8 is moved to locate the first guided part 8a at the regulating part 1h of the body side guide part 1g when the movable body 2 is between a first position and a predetermined turning position and to locate the first guided part 8a at the non-regulating part 1i of the body side guide part 1g when the movable body 2 exceeds the predetermined turning position.
