PURPOSE: A hydraulic chuck, a hydraulic rod clamp for a boring machine, and a boring machine therewith are provided to reduce damage to a rod by dispersing a load applied to the load. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic chuck comprises a housing(110), multiple bowls, multiple springs, rod support bodies, a cylinder, an actuator sleeve, and a chuck piston. The housing has a rod penetration unit and a body unit. The bowls are installed in the inner side of the body unit. The springs are inserted into spring holes of the housing. The bowls compress the springs. The rod support bodies are vertically connected to the bowls. The cylinder is coupled to the top of the housing and has a working fluid port. The actuator sleeve is coupled to the bowls. The chuck piston moves the actuator sleeve by the hydraulic force of working fluid.
