PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spacer for a wire net that can stably maintain the spacing of all the sides of a rhombus of the wire net. SOLUTION: The spacer 20 for the wire net includes side face wire parts 21, 22, center turn-around parts 24 abutting on the ground surface, first legs 25 extending to a connecting wire part 23, and second legs 26 extending after rising upward from the other side of the center turn-around parts. Each first leg 25 includes a first bent part 27 receiving the first side of the wire net and supporting the first side in a lifted position from the ground surface while energizing the first side to be kept away from the third side. Each second leg 26 includes a second bent part 28 receiving at least one of the second, third and fourth sides of the wire net and supporting the at least one side in a lifted state from the ground surface. The second bent part 28 is shaped to energize the third side to be kept away from the first side and to energize at least one of the second and fourth sides to be kept away from the other side.
