USER DATA CONVERGENCE NETWORK SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SUBCRIPTION TO NOTIFICATION

A method for subscription to notification is disclosed by the present invention, which is applied in the User Data Convergence (UDC) network including User Data Repository (UDR). In the method, the relationship of subscription and notification is established in the UDR, wherein the relationship of subscription and notification includes notification trigger condition which describes the condition that the UDR sends a notification message; when receiving a data update request, if the request satisfies the notification trigger condition, the UDR sends a notification message to notification event subscriber. Compared with the prior art, the present invention effectively solves the problem of how to enable subscription to notification in the network system wherein the application logic process and data storage are separate, and enables the expected notification message trigger based on the established relationship of subscription and notification.
