METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING AND CONSTRUCTING A PRESTRESSED CONCRETE GIRDER USING THE HORIZONTAL AND DIAGONAL ARRANGEMENT OF PC STRANDS, CAPABLE OF IMPROVING STRUCTURAL STABILITY

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing and constructing a prestressed concrete girder using the horizontal and diagonal arrangement of PC strands is provided to easily construct a concrete girder by using the horizontal and diagonal arrangement of PC strands compared with the arc arrangement. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing and constructing a prestressed concrete girder using the horizontal and diagonal arrangement of PC strands is as follows. The top surface of a prestressed concrete girder(20) is formed bigger than the bottom surface. A PC strand(30) is horizontally arranged from the bottom of one end of a neutral axis to the bottom of the other end of the neutral axis when the PC strand is applied to a single bridge. The PC strand is arranged in a horizontal and diagonal shape when the PC strand is applied to a continuous bridge.
