<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for an elastic member which enables machining of the elastic member of trimming die without generation of soot with a laser machining process that has an excellent machining performance and is free from waste liquid problems, and a machining device therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The elastic member machining device 1 includes mainly a laser oscillator 3, a machining head 5 which is a unit to irradiate laser beam to the elastic member material 15, and a nozzle 7, etc. The machining head 5 includes a reflection plate 9 inside thereof. The reflection plate 9 is a member to reflect the laser beam toward a condenser lens 11. Inside the machining head 5, the condenser lens 11 to condense the laser beam coming from the reflection plate 9 is installed. The condenser lens 11 can focus at a designated condensing distance. Below the condenser lens 11, an air inlet to introduce air from outside is prepared. The air is supplied by a compressor. Capacity of the compressor is desirable to achieve air pressure of 0.7 MPa or more and flow rate of 210 L/min or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
