PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicinal preparation which improves the absorption of a medicinal compound in a digestive tract to give such a concentration in blood as potentially achieving a sufficient therapeutic effect in oral administration or the like, and to provide a method for production thereof. SOLUTION: The medicinal preparation showing excellent gastrointestinal absorption contains a compound which is recognized by a proton-driven transporter and a pH-sensitive polymer, wherein the pH-sensitive polymer is contained in an amount sufficient for controlling the pH value in the digestive tract to the optimum level for the uptake of the compound into cells by the proton-driven transporter.
