<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the time required for detailed check in a paper sheet processor. <P>SOLUTION: The paper sheet processor which handles a plurality of paper sheets each of which has unique identification information is provided with: a paper sheet storage part which delivers the paper sheets in the order opposite to a storage order; and an identification part which acquires the identification information from paper sheets to be stored in the paper sheet storage part and the paper sheets delivered from the paper sheet storage part. In addition, the paper sheet processor is provided with: an information management part which manages a specific number of sheet information showing the number of paper sheets constituting a specific paper sheet group which is a set of paper sheets which are stored before starting an operation and not yet delivered after starting the operation, identification information of a reference paper sheet for identifying the boundary between the specific paper sheet group and other paper sheets; and a detailed checking part which counts the number of paper sheets while delivering the paper sheets from the paper sheet storage part, simultaneously detects the reference paper sheet based on the identification information, and performs the detailed check for specifying the number of paper sheets in the paper sheet storage part based on a counted value of the paper sheets and the specific number of sheet information when the reference paper sheet is detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
