PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that an operation setting which is not intended by a user may be performed by a tag of a malicious person when a mobile telephone or the like is controlled from a noncontact tag 120 or the like, and a similar problem may occur by control from a plurality of noncontact tags 120. SOLUTION: When receiving control information which is information indicating control to its own terminal by a radio communication, a mobile communication terminal 100 transmits to a server device notifying information indicating the reception of the control information. The server device transmits execution information which is information regarding control which the mobile communication terminal 100 should execute based on the notifying information transmitted from the mobile communication terminal 100 and management information which is information for managing control regarding the mobile communication terminal 100 held by its own device.
