PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tote bag having safety to hardly cause a cut on a finger, capable of improving the finishing quality and outside appearance in the use state, and capable of increasing the frequency of reusing by reducing damage from the use. SOLUTION: A horizontal straight folding guide line 6 is formed at a position lower than upper sides of first and second main faces 3a and 3b, constituting both surfaces of a bag body 1, by a fixed size. Straps 2a and 2b are symmetrically fixed on a horizontal straight line below the folding guide line 6 in such a way that the both ends are separated at a fixed interval C on each main face. The strap between both ends extends upward in a loop shape. Cut lines 71, approximately of the length of the interval C and closed in the steady state, are symmetrically formed relative to a center line in the cross direction on a horizontal straight line above the folding guide line 6. Each cut line 71 is formed as a fine wavy line, and both ends of the cut line correspond to fixed positions at both ends of the strap 2a or 2b. Insertion holes 72 for the strap 2a are bored at both ends of the cut line, and the respective insertion holes 72 are connected to the ends of the cut line 71. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
