PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation container set for improving an area efficiency compared to a pot on pot method and reducing labor required for root cutting work, in the case of cultivating in large quantity using a cultivation method of progressing growth while sequentially superposing containers. SOLUTION: The plant cultivation container set 100 includes containers 10-1N formed with a plurality of holes 23 piercing in the vertical direction at a bottom wall 22, a plurality of container holding parts, a multiple container unit 50 made of a container-holding container 20 including a void forming part for forming a prescribed void 24 between a placing surface and the bottom of the container holding part, and a tray unit whose top face is opened wider than the total lower area of the multiple container unit 50. As a result of this, the set enables plant cultivation with a good area efficiency. Furthermore, it is possible to obtain plants having a less content of a chemical composition and high safety by performing root cutting work to digest the chemical composition such as nitrate ions absorbed from soil.
