<p>A method, an equipment and a system for access control are provided. The method includes: whether User Equipment (UE) needs to implement the access control for an individual service is judged; a system broadcast message to the UE is sent; if the UE needs to implement the access control for the individual service, the system broadcast message includes the access control information for the individual service. With this solution, the UE is able to implement the access control for the access requests for different services according to the access control information for the individual service, so as to satisfy the requirements of users.</p>
