PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform simply and inexpensively peak separation measurement exceeding an unseparated peak on a chromatogram, by removing problems, such as complexity of a device in a GC×GC analysis method, lack of maintainability by operation therefor, narrowness, a large size or high cost of a dynamic range of TOFMS used often for a detector, and difficulties of analysis by use of deconvolution software. SOLUTION: In this method using an analyzer formed by connecting a mass spectrometer to a chromatograph, a peak exceeding the number of separable peaks on one chromatogram is changed into an ion mass spectrum, and component separation is performed according to intensity of a mass number (m/z).
