摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve printing accuracy by eliminating the deformation and vibration of a screen, which occur in case of raising a squeegee from the screen or in case of a plate separation in separating a work from the screen. SOLUTION: In a constitution which relates to the order of the entangling operation of the squeegee and substrates to the screen at finishing the printing of the screen printing, the squeegee which slides on the screen stops at the position separated from the substrates where the squeegee sliding on the screen is located under the screen. At this time, the applied pressure of the squeegee is received by the guides of the two substrates which respectively guide both ends of the substrates in a widthwise direction. Then, when the substrates descend with respect to the screen to cause the plates separated, the substrates receive the downward deformation of the screen by the guides of both sides of the substrates immediately after the substrates start a downward operation. Thereby, the cream solder printed on the lands of the substrates separates from the screen, that is, after the cream solders are completely passed through the pattern formed of the holes of the screen, the squeegee is made to be raised.
