PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of effectively preventing a fraudulent act to a board stored in a board case by devising to take time and labor to detach and open the board case compared with conventional ones and making it impossible or difficult to open a hole in the board case in the mounted state of the board case. SOLUTION: The game machine including a sealing means 43 capable of sealing the board case 24 in the closed state, and a board case mounting part 31 capable of mounting the board case 24, is constituted such that the board case 24 cannot be opened unless breaking a seal breaking part 122 or the like after sealed with the sealing means 43. The board case mounting part 31 is provided with a sealing cover 32 covering the seal breaking part 122 or the like from the outside of the board case 24, and an openable/closable electronic component cover 33 covering a mounted portion of an electronic component 44 such as a ROM from the outside of the board case 24.
