PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a recording medium for a game from being fraudulently obtained by a third person. When a password is obtained from a player while staying in the system lock mode, the password is registered in a storage part 15 as authentication information 15c, the mode is shifted to a user lock mode for conditionally permitting the return of the general card, and the return of the general card is permitted or inhibited on the basis of a staying mode to stay as a result of the mode shift.
