摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve difficult and costly processing for a titanium-aluminum material, in a method for manufacturing a forged piece from a gammer titanium-aluminum-based alloy. SOLUTION: A columnar or bar-like material is heated to the temperature higher than 1,150°C, over the cross-sectional surface in a position showing a volumetric concentration of the forging piece to be formed at one step or the plurality of steps, by using the electricity or electric-induction, and deformed with a power action, especially deformed with an upsetting-forging, and in such way, a forged original material having different cross-sectional area over the length range, is manufactured, and this original material is finally deformed after heating to the deforming temperature, particularly, in the forging die, at the one or several following steps.
