PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device in which power consumption by an address input buffer can be reduced. SOLUTION: The semiconductor device includes a first input buffer connected to an address terminal, a clock terminal receiving a clock signal being reference of a data input, and a second input buffer connected to the clock terminal and receiving a clock signal. The first input buffer is activated when a write-command is input, after the write-command is input, the buffer is non-activated after the prescribed cycle of the clock signal.
