<p>The invention relates to a method for making a drilling guide, that comprises: providing a close reproduction (1) of the prosthetic tooth or teeth to be implanted and mounting said reproduction on the patient's maxillary; said reproduction includes areas (3) bearing against the patient's maxillary, the reproduced tooth or teeth (2) including an incision portion (2a) made of a material that is visible by a bone imaging method; when the reproduction (1) is placed on the patient's maxillary, generating at least one image of the patient's maxillary using said imaging method; spotting on said image, based on the incision portion (2a) visible on the image, the ideal direction (D) for each drilling to be made in the maxillary bone (100) for placing the implant(s); and placing the guide while including the ideal direction (D).</p> |
