PURPOSE: A pontoon type structure is provided to secure stable installation state when slantly floated on the water by supplying a proper amount of fluid to a balance chamber of higher buoyancy. CONSTITUTION: A pontoon type structure comprises a housing(100), a chamber(200), a buoyant member, a conduit line(300), a cover(310), and a connection part. The housing is floated with buoyancy on the water. The balance chamber is formed in the lower circumference of the hollow of the housing and maintains the housing horizontal on the water. The buoyant member is filled in the hollow of the housing and a ballast chamber in order to increase buoyancy. The conduit line is connected to the top of the balance chamber and the housing in order to supply water to the balance chamber. The cover opens or closes the upper part of the conduit line exposed on the top of the housing. The connection part helps the connection of the housing to other adjacent housings.
