<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of reducing the block distortion of an output image, a flicker in a time direction and a fluctuation phenomenon when using a time noise elimination system to reduce image noise. <P>SOLUTION: The image processor 1 for eliminating noise in an input image by adding a reference image to the input image includes: a motion estimating part 20 for generating motion information obtained by estimating the motion of the input image; a motion compensating part 30 for generating a second image being a reference image after motion compensation corresponding to a first image being the reference image before the motion compensation by performing motion compensation using the generated motion information; a flatness calculating part 40 for calculating the flatness of the input image; a blending ratio calculating part 53 for calculating respective addition ratios of the input image, the first image and the second image by using the calculated flatness; and a pixel adding part 60 for adding the input image, the first image and the second image according to the respective calculated addition ratios. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
