<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolyte material which suppresses the generation of a high resistance part on an interface between a solid electrolyte and an electrode active material, in an all-solid secondary cell. <P>SOLUTION: The solid electrolyte material used in a solid electrolyte secondary cell is produced by adding fluoride to a sulfide-based solid electrolyte material which reacts with the electrode active material and easily forms a high resistance part and then performing amorphization. In this solid electrolyte secondary cell, an oxide positive electrode active material whose active material surface is coated with an ion conductive oxide like lithium niobate is preferably used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
