摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolyte material which suppresses the generation of a high resistance part on an interface between a solid electrolyte and an electrode active material, in an all-solid secondary cell. <P>SOLUTION: The solid electrolyte material used in a solid electrolyte secondary cell is produced by adding fluoride to a sulfide-based solid electrolyte material which reacts with the electrode active material and easily forms a high resistance part and then performing amorphization.
