PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat device capable of stabilizing the swelling operation of a support pad and the quality of outside appearance. SOLUTION: The support pad 11 can be supported to a frame panel 18 of a seat back via a bag body 20. The outer surface of the support pad 11 is covered with a skin material 13. An expansion/contraction allowance part 13d for allowing the skin material 13 to be partially displaced by the expansion/contraction is disposed in an area of the skin material 13 adjacent to a side surface of the support pad 11 and held between the rear surface of the support pad 11 and the front surface of the frame panel 18.
