PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article equipped with a top sheet which hardly gets wrinkled even when the top sheet includes cotton fibers and fit emboss is formed in it. SOLUTION: The absorbent article comprises absorbers 4 and 5 which are interposed between a liquid permeable top sheet 3 and a back sheet 2 arranged on the rear side of the liquid permeable top sheet 3 and the fit emboss 8 which is formed by integrally pressing the liquid permeable top sheet 3 and the absorber 4 from the upper side of the liquid permeable top sheet 3. The liquid permeable top sheet 3 includes nonwoven fabric comprising cotton fibers and synthetic fibers and has a first region 3a where the combination ratio of the cotton fibers is less than 50 wt.% and a second region 3b where the combination ratio of the cotton fibers is equal to or more than 50 wt.%.
