A method and a system for obtaining brain characteristic parameters, a thrombolysis decision guideline system and a method thereof which according to a magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging adopt a binarization processing base on a low signal constrain of an apparent diffusion coefficient and a high signal constrain of a diffusion weighted imaging to obtain a core region and a transitional region, so as to precisely provide the internal data of the repairable brain tissue and the thrombolytic therapy risk.
