<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal heat treatment furnace for reducing running costs and increasing a cooling speed. <P>SOLUTION: This metal heat treatment furnace includes a heating section 20 having a heating element using carbon generating heat by allowing high-frequency current to flow to a pitch-adjustable coil, in a heating chamber 10. A cooling chamber 80 for cooling the heated metal heated by the heating element is disposed at a lower part of the heating chamber 10 while being communicated with the heating chamber 10 through a connecting section 60. A water-cooling lifting and lowering shaft 90 supporting the heated metal and for entering into the heating chamber 10 is disposed while penetrating through a bottom section of the cooling chamber 80. A gas introduction pipe 81 for introducing a gas for cooling the heated metal supported by the water-cooling lifting and lowering shaft 90 and moved into the cooling chamber 80 from the heating chamber 10, into the cooling chamber 80 is disposed in the cooling chamber 80. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
