PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus which easily detects images necessary for observing a heart before and after stressing the heart in a short period of time in a stress echo test. SOLUTION: In a stress echo workflow, patterns of View images as references among MPR images are stored in a storage device 61, a View which is considered to be the closest to the patterns of View images is extracted as the reference View image by pattern matching, and further, other necessary View images are automatically determined based on positional information of the reference View image.
