PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for increasing the work efficiency of mounting a fan unit on an electronic apparatus while at the same time maintaining the performance of holding and damping the fan unit. SOLUTION: A fan unit holding member is attached to a fan unit having installation holes. The holding member is such that flat plates corresponding to a plurality of side faces of the fan unit, respectively, when wound around the side faces of the fan unit are connected.
