PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spiral contactor which is formed by stacking protruding spiral contacts in two layers, and has a high breakdown point without increasing an area occupied by the spiral contactor. SOLUTION: In the spiral contactor 1, the protruding spiral contacts 11, 12, which are formed in spiral shapes 11c, 2c from roots 11b, 12b to the center of the tips 11a, 12a and have the tips 11a, 12a in the center of the spiral shapes 11c, 12c, are stacked in two layers. The spiral contactor 1 has a structure in which the upper spiral contact 12 and the lower spiral contact 11 from the roots 11b, 12b to base sections 11d, 12d are integrated at least on one location.
