PURPOSE: A method and a system for managing carbon points using a recyclable goods collection point and a recording medium therefor are provided to supply recyclable goods collection points by collecting recyclable goods, thereby activating collection of the recyclable goods. CONSTITUTION: If the use of carbon points is confirmed, a conversion processing unit(120) checks mileages/points corresponding to user own ID information in connection with a storage medium(150). The conversion processing unit converts the confirmed mileages/points into carbon points. A replacement processing unit(140) transmits the converted carbon points and the user own ID information to a carbon exhaust operating server(165). The replacement processing unit replaces part or all of used carbon points.
