PURPOSE: A cancer cell preserving solution is provided to easily preserve cancer cells and to maintain ion concentration. CONSTITUTION: A cell preserving solution contains: a first mixture with 300-700ml of polyethylene glycol and 300-700ml of ethanol, 800-1200ml of formalin solution, 0.3-5g of sodium azide, PBS buffer containing 10-50g of PBS powder per 3,000ml of sterilized purified water, and alcohol mixture having 120-200ml of ethanol, 15-50ml of isopropanol and 15-50ml of methanol. |
