Method for determining cleaning-active substances in a treatment fluid

The method involves filtering processing fluid by counterflow filtration or micro-filtration, and measuring proportion of cleaning-active substances in the filtered fluid. A portion with exactly defined volume is discharged from the filtered fluid, and the proportion of the substances in the portion of the fluid is measured based on visible characteristics of the portion of the fluid and/or a sample, where the portion of the fluid serves as the sample. The portion with a preset volume is separated from the fluid by a metering unit i.e. metering pump.
